SPA POLICY

APPOINTMENT TIMES

Please be on time for your appointment. Late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes, will then be deemed as a walk-in, and be subject to the reduced appointment time with respect to the clients that are scheduled after you. If you have scheduled with a specific technician, they will have to move on to the next waiting appointment if you have missed your grace period. 

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY

Many people will agree, time is our most valuable asset. We try our best to respect the time of each clients and also of our technicians. All scheduled appointments will require a $20 deposit per appointment, or with a major credit card on file.

 

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations/ reschedules will result in the $20 deposit forfeited as a late cancellation fee.

Any cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours of notice or no-show appointments are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy to ensure you receive the best service possible.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. Our spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. We appreciate your understanding. 


GROUPS

If you wish to schedule a group appointment please email us with your requested date, time, location, and # of party. We will respond within 48 hours with our policies and steps in booking your group event. 

 

Groups of 4 or more for any services will require a non-refundable deposit. The 24 hour cancellation policy is in full effect with all group appointments. With all late cancellations, the deposit plus 50% of the scheduled services will be charged. “No shows” will be charged 100% of treatments scheduled. We need to pay our technicians and massage therapists even if a client is a no show- as we bring in extra technicians to accommodate big group appointments. This policy allows us to retain great professional employees.

Please note, we are holding events for adults only at this time. Unfortunately, we no longer hold private events for kids. 

SPA ETIQUETTE

Noise Levels   |   Plaza M Spa is a facility where we strive our best to create a relaxing and tranquil experience for all. We expect all visitors to adhere to our quiet-policies: no cellphone conversations/Facetime/speakerphone use this includes work calls, meetings, etc. If having conversations with neighbors or technicians please keep the voice levels to a minimum as many clients come here to relax and enjoy a stress-reducing experience. Thank you in advance for speaking softly while within the spa.

No Smoking   |   No smoking of any kid is allowed in the spa at any given time. No electronic cigarettes, vaping.

 

Food & Drinks   |   If you have any beverage, please make sure it is placed on a flat, table top surface. No food or drinks other than water are allowed in pedicure chairs. We please ask that you do not consume food in our facilities. Thank you for helping us keep our facilities as clean and odor-free as possible.

No pets, please   |   Only service animals allowed - unfortunately emotional support animals are not allowed. Please note, any pets cannot be up on pedicure chairs or beds for hygienic/ allergy reasons. They must remain on the floors. Thank you in advance.

Gratuities   |   Your spa treatment prices do not include gratuities. Customary industry gratuity for each service technician is 15 - 20%. Please feel free to leave any gratuities at the reception desk or hand directly to your technician when checking out. We will happily add gratuity to your credit card if cash is not on hand. Our hard working staff will greatly appreciate your generosity.

GIFT CARDS

Please note, gift cards are non-refundable, and cannot be redeemable for cash. All Plaza M Spa gift cards are redeemable at any of our locations. Cards are treated as cash, and all lost or stolen gift cards are not replaceable. Gift cards do not expire. IDs will be checked for redemption of all gift cards, due to a rise in gift card fraud. All sales are final.

PAYMENT

The only acceptable forms of payment are cash, all major credit cards, and Plaza M Spa gift cards. Cards must be physically present for use. IDs will be checked when needed.

SERVICE & SATISFACTION

In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you to please contact us within 2 days of that service at info@plazamspa.com or give us a call to the location you have visited. We would like every opportunity to meet and exceed your expectations, as we value you as a client.

If you experience any premature chipping, please contact us immediately. We will fix regular polish within 2 days, and gel polish within 5 days at no charge for the same color/polish. 

YOUR BELONGINGS & PROPERTY

Plaza M Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen property. Please make sure to keep all valuables with you at all times.
