Terms & Conditions: A 3-month minimum commitment is required. Memberships are valid only at the Plaza M Spa location where the membership was purchased and cannot be used or transferred between locations. Membership credits are non-transferable and may not be shared. Monthly credits roll over only while the membership remains active; any unused credits are forfeited upon cancellation. The member discount does not apply to tax or gratuity. Membership fees do not include tax or gratuity. Membership cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@plazamspa.com at least 30 days prior to the requested cancellation date.
